Step by Step guidelines for online Application Procedure

Step 1

Click to new Registration

Step 2

Fill up your name, Date of birth, School name, 10+2 level board, 10+2 Roll No., Mobile no. and caste 

Step 3

You will receive a message in your mobile where application number and password will be provided

Step 4

Enter your application number and password to Log In

Step 5

A new page will be opened up. First enter Father’s name, then Mother’s name, Guardian’s income, parent’s occupation, Guardian’s phone number and relationship with Guardian. Then save your data and you will be automatically directed to the next tab i.e ‘Residential’.

Step 6

Under the ‘residential’ tab you first have to enter authentic communication address, police station, nationality, domicile category, pin code, state, district and country. If permanent address and local address is same then click the box. Then save the information and you will be automatically directed to the next tab i.e ‘personal’.

Step 7

Under ‘personal’ tab enter your email id, religion, ration card category, blood group, aadhaar card number (optional). Candidates with disability 40% and above should mention the nature and % of disability. Then mention marital status and gender. Save the information and you will be directed to the next tab ‘academic’.

Step 8

Under ‘academic’ tab enter your H.S. stream, year of passing, registration number and year of registration. Then enter your marks in marksheet and then save your information and you will be directed to the next tab i.e ‘courses’.

Step 9

Under ‘Courses’ tab select streams, then program and then honours and then click on apply and save. If any candidate wants to apply for more than one subject then click on apply and save, then he will be allowed to apply for other subjects. Candidates can click on the ‘click to delete’ option if he/she wants to delete the particular application and he can click on ‘click to payment’ if he wants to make payment for the particular application. After that move to the tab ‘upload document’.

Step 10

Under the ‘Upload document’ tab candidate have to upload their photo and signature. The photo should be maximum 50 kb and signature should be maximum 20 kb. Then save the information and you will be directed to the next tab ‘print and pay’.

Step 11

Under the tab ‘print and pay’ there are options for ‘view/print current application form’ here the candidate can view and print their application form. Candidates are requested to take a print out of the application form. Candidates willing to make payment for the application are requested to click on ‘click to process payment’ option, there is also separate option to download challan for those candidates willing to make payment through offline mode.
Candidates must understand that only after making the payment for the application, the process of submission of application is complete. Candidates should make payment of Rs. 100/- separately for each subject he/she has applied for and if any candidate has not made the payment for any particular subject his/her name will not be present in the merit list for that particular subject.
