How do I submit my application on-line?

Answer:Follow the steps given below.

Step by Step online Application Procedure :

Step 1: Fill up your name, Stream (10+2 level), Caste and name of the qualifying examination.
Step 2: Insert your academic details of class 10 + 2 level. Enter the 10+2 subject names in full and correct spelling.
Step 3: Select “stream”(Science/Arts), then click on Honours, then select the “Honours Subject”
Step 4: Insert your academic details of class 10 level. In the “Subject Combination” mention all the subjects in class 10 level.
Step 5: Fill up your personal details Date of birth, Religion, Gender
Step 6: Fill up 10+2 level State where the board/ council is situated, select passing year, mention board, school name, roll and number, registration number and registration year.
Step 7: Fill up residential address and permanent address.
Step 8: Provide email id, phone number, mobile number, nationality, state.
Step 9: Mention the degree of disability if applied.
Step 10: Mention the full name of father and mother.
Step 11: Mention the occupation of guardian.
Step 12: Mention guardian’s phone number.
Step 13: Upload photo and signature.
Step 14: You have to preview the form before final submission of application and then submit the application form.
After successfully submission of the form a registration number will appear. Please note the registration number for login and future reference. Click on the Login button and please enter your Registration No. and Date of birth to login to download the application form and payment of fee.
Step 15: After logging into candidates have to pay the Application fees of Rs. 100/- by two ways-

  • By Net-banking or /credit/debit card.
  • Applicant can also submit the application fees at any of the SBI brunches using the chalan generated after successful submission of the form.

Mode of Payments :

  • Online- Billdesk and SBI
  • Offline- SBI (through challan)
  • Procedure of Admission :

    After submitting the application form, candidates should pay application fee through online (SBI online or Billdesk by credit/debit card or internet banking) or offline mode by generating challan and depositing the fee in nearest SBI Bank.

    After the publication of merit list the selected candidates for each subject will be intimated through email or SMS, candidates have to log in to the website and make the payment either through online or offline mode to complete the admission procedure.

    Candidates have to visit college with documents mentioned at the time of verification. All admissions are provisional until the verification and approval of University of Burdwan.
